Kids' Fun Runs
New: Kids' 400 Meter Fun Run!
Starting time is at 8:00AM
Starting line for both races is at 13965 Walsh Drive.
Children ages 8 and younger are welcome to participate in the 400 Meter Fun Run.
The shorter distance has been offered so even the youngest of participants can enjoy competing in the Memorial Day Run. 400 meters is ¼ of a mile or 1 lap around a high school track.
All participants will receive a ribbon for completing this event.
*This race will not be chip timed.
Kids’ 1 Mile Fun Run
Starting time is at 8:15AM
Starting line for both races is at 13965 Walsh Drive.
Children ages 12 and younger are welcome to participate in the Kid's 1 Mile Fun Run.
Trophies will be presented to the overall boy and girl finisher and medals will be presented to the 1st, 2nd and 3rd place boy and girl finisher of this race. All participants will receive a ribbon for completing the event.
*This race will be chip-timed. Awards will be based off of the participants’ official race times. The overall award will be based on the first boy and girl to cross the finish line, not overall chip time.
Registration Fees
For children 12 and younger
- $15 through May 15
- $20 May 16-27
- $20 and no t-shirt after May 27

Please wear your bibs on the front side of your clothing so that our photographer and our time keeper can visually see your race number.
Parents and older siblings walking and running with younger children do not need to register for this event. If you would like to participate as a family, we recommend registering for the 1-Mile Walk/Run event.
